Smith & Evans Sparkling Wine 2015

75cl / 11.5% – This absolutely delicious English sparkling wine from Somerset made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. On the nose a gentle fruit character with hints of apricot crumble and custard with a zest of lemon. On the palate elegant and fresh with some pretty florals and fresh pear. This is light and fresh with a lovely salty lift on the finish – a perfect aperitif.
