75cl / 12% – A rich and fruity Blanc de Noirs from Gosset, with notes of baguette, salty butter, apple turnover, raspberry jam and apricot, followed by a bright, fresh finish. This is made only from Pinot Noir grapes and has been aged for a minimum of nine years.
