Bolney Eighteen Acre Rose Sparkling Wine

75cl / 12% – Bolney Estate is situated on the edge of the South Downs and is a real family affair with daughter Sam heading up the estate, as well as managing the wine making. Now, what started as three acres has grown to 39 acres and a state-of-the-art winery producing some absolutely fantastic wine. This deep, cherry-coloured rosé has notes of raspberry, red apples and rosehip, with a hint of strawberry whips on the finish.
