50cl / 51.8% – Earthy, floral and rich, Bimber Da Hong Pao Tea gin has been made with one of the world’s rarest teas and handcrafted at Bimber’s west London distillery. Having been brewed and drained, the rare tea leaves are added to the distillery’s classic gin and left to infuse. The palate offers notes of sweet, floral tea, zesty citrus and lavender, with a subtle, smoky undertone.
