70cl / 43% – Kirsty’s Gin is made at Scotland’s first farm-to-bottle distillery, Arbikie. Using the estate’s potato vodka as a base, the botanicals include juniper, kelp, carline thistle and blaeberrys. A very Scottish gin that makes a delicious G&T.
