70cl / 53.4% / The Whisky Exchange – A 2006 Ledaig single malt from The Whisky Exchange that was made at Tobermory distillery and matured in a single hogshead for 15 years, before being bottled in 2022. The palate offers notes of earthy peat, dark chocolate, sea salt, baked pears, tar-covered ropes and black liquorice that linger in the finish.
