Rozelieures Rare Collection French Single Malt / Lightly Peated Single Whisky

70cl / 40% – This single malt is made with barley from Rozelieures’ own land, which is malted near the distillery at a facility in the Vosges mountains. This is a lightly peated whisky which has been aged in three types of cask: ex-dessert wine, ex-sherry and ex-Cognac. Aromas of orchard fruits, honey, orange and walnut are coupled with flavours of liquorice, malt and candied fruits accompanied by red fruits and smoke in the finish.
