Portsmouth Cinnabar Spiced Rum

70cl / 41% – This spiced rum is named after the red and black Cinnabar moth which flits over the Portsmouth distillery, which is located in Fort Cumberland. It is made with cinnamon, clove, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, orange peel and Szechuan pepper, all of which are added into the second distillation. The resulting spirit is then sweetened with the distillery’s own Costa Rican sugar syrup and a dash of vanilla.
