Chapel Down Pinot Noir Gin

70cl / 41.2% – This blushing pink gin is made from a mixture of two spirit types: one distilled from the Pinot Noir grape skins used at Chapel Down winery, and one made from wheat. These spirits are blended together and infused with a variety of gin botanicals, including rosebuds, dried strawberries and raspberries, and rosehip.
