J Gow Spiced Rum

70cl / 40% – This dry spiced rum hails from the Orkney island of Lamb Holm, about an hour north by ferry from the Scottish mainland. A subtle sweetness and a judicious selection of botanicals mean that the character of pot still rum shines through notes of citrus, clove and ginger. A great sipping rum that also makes a welcome addition to tiki cocktails.
