Cockspur Platinum Rum Single Modernist Rum

70cl / 37.5% – A peppery, fruity rum from Barbados, Cockspur Platinum Rum is matured for a short time in oak casks before being filtered to remove any colour, creating layers of depth and complexity throughout the palate. Notes of vanilla, papaya, mango and pepper fill the nose, with undercurrents of oak spice and caramel.
