70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – The 2020 release of Highland Park 21 Year Old single malt is a combination of three distinct cask types – first-fill sherry hogsheads, ex-bourbon casks and refill casks – ensuring a rich, full-bodied character. The palate offers a medley of sun-ripened oranges, fresh ginger, vanilla cream, heather honey, aromatic peat smoke and toasted oak that linger in the finish.

Highland Park distillery is a renowned Scottish distillery located on the Orkney Islands in northern Scotland. The distillery has a rich history, dating back to 1798, making it one of the oldest whisky distilleries in Scotland. This 21 year old release was bottled in 2020 and was crafted from just 55 hand-selected casks laid down in November 1998. This release utilised a trio of different cask types for maturation, predominantly first-fill sherry hogsheads with the rest made up of ex-bourbon casks and refill casks. This release is presented all natural colour at 46%abv.
