50cl / 42% – A spicy and sweet rendition from the folks over at FAIR, this Old Tom’s a smooth and subtle fellow full of fresh, fragrant vanilla and rich, floral honeysuckle. A heavy, satisfying mouthfeel plays host to a delightful aromatic sweetness soon joined and complemented by powerful juniper, a touch of cinnamon and a suggestion of citrus in a finish which comes all too soon. Gin’s great; Fairtrade gin’s better.
