70cl / 55% – Matured in a single cask for 12 years, this 2006-vintage Dominican rum has been bottled by The 1423 for its Single Barrel Selection range. Made at a mystery distillery in the Dominican Republic, this rum has gentle aromas of coconut cream, walnuts and delicate pineapple notes, with just a hint of warm spices. The palate offers notes of roasted walnuts and sandalwood, with dry, fruity notes developing into a long finish.
