Oxford Rye Whisky 2017 / Easy Ryder / Heritage Grains Batch 7 English Whisky

70cl / 50% – The seventh batch of rye whisky from Oxford Artisan Distillery, Easy Ryder was matured in a batch of nine casks, including American oak casks of a variety of sizes and chars, and a Moscatel Roxo cask from Setu’bal, Portugal. Aromas of baked apples, pineapple, Dolce de leche, garden herbs, crème brûlée, white chocolate and cocoa butter fill the nose, complemented by notes of custard, biscuits, hazelnut, biscotti, white chocolate, vanilla, peppermint and soft smoke throughout the palate.
