70cl / 57.1% / Watt Whisky – A 2004 Clarendon Estate rum from indie bottler Watt Whisky, matured in a single barrel for 16 years, before being bottled in 2021. The palate offers notes of ripe strawberries, satsumas, engine oil, liquorice and flint that linger in the finish.
