70cl / 40% – Akashi Blue Label is a world blended whisky, from the owners of White Oak distillery in Japan, that was matured in American white oak shochu casks for two years and finished in both sherry and bourbon casks before being bottled. Aromas of orange peel, honey. baking spices and white pepper fill the nose, complimented by notes of cinnamon, pepper, orange, lemon, smoke and ginger spice throughout the palate.
