Guyana 2012 Albion / Single Barrel Selection

70cl / 64.6% / World Class Spirits – A 2012-vintage single cask rum from Guyana that is named after the mothballed Albion distillery, that was closed in 1968, and matured in an ex-bourbon barrel until May 2022 when it was bottled as part of the Single Barrel Selection range. Aromas of peppery oak, manuka honey, pineapple, papaya and ginger fill the nose, complemented by notes of dark chocolate truffles, fiery ginger, dried mango and vanilla throughout the palate.
