Bunnahabhain 2009 / 11 Year Old / Sherry Cask / North Star Series 012 Islay Whisky

70cl / 52.3% – A 2009 Bunnahabhain single malt from indie bottler North Star Spirits, matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask for 11 years, before being bottled in October 2020. Aromas of gingerbread men, raisins and creamy vanilla fill the nose, complimented by notes of sweet sherry, treacle tarts and vanilla toffee.
