75cl / 8.1% – A dry cider from The Wild Beer Co that is a blend of two first-fill Seguin Moreaux oak casks – one foudres, filled with Chisel Jersey, and the other filled with several Somerset varieties. This combination of casks created notes of tannic apple, white grape and delicate oak spice. Try pairing this cider with Camembert-style cheeses or barbecued white fish.
