A bright, light straw gold in colour with a persistent, fine mousse. Citrus and yellow fruit aromas on the nose coupled with a biscuity, brioche character. Lively and fresh on the palate, the full texture precedes a cean, fresh finish marked by citrus fruit aromas. A classic blend of Pinor Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier Since 1808, Champagne Henriot, one of the last independent and family owned houses in Champagne has pursued a tradition of excellence – a fragile balance between delicacy, intensity and purity. For seven generations, the family has selected grapes from only the very best vineyards, concentrated on the purity of Chardonnay and has aged every bottle far longer than the legal minimum in order to ensure each cuvee has an opportunity to evoke its full expression.
