Mid Century Avalon Yatton Tall Sideboard/Drinks Cabinet – Refurbished Lovely mid century sideboard in teak & black with integral drinks cabinet made by the British furniture makers, Avalon in the 1960s. Double cupboard with fixed shelf, integral drinks cabinet to the right with hinged drop down melamine lined door (for protection against those cocktail spillages!). On the left, two shallow top drawers, one with the felt lined dividers & two deeper drawers underneath offering good storage. in lovely multigrained teak wood finish sat on top of lovely tapered mid century legs, typical of this era. The entire piece has been stripped & refinished using OSMO Satin Poly Wax to offer excellent protection. A really sold piece of furniture – very good value. CONDITION – As a vintage item, this has had a previous life & as such will carry marks & imperfections that tell their individual stories. A few very small marks remain & the handles carry patina which isn’t too bad. Please look carefully at the photos & do request more & ask for further information if needed.
