3cl / 46.3% / The Perfect Measure – A Perfect Measure sample bottle of a blend of malt whiskies sourced in Scotland, then further aged Bimber distillery in West London. After blending, Apogee undergoes a short finish in casks previously used to mature the highly sought-after Bimber single malt. The result is a honeyed and nutty, with notes of marmalade on malt loaf and toasty ginger biscuits.
