Discarded Sweet Cascara Vermouth 50cl

Rather than wasted the extract from this deep red, rich fruit is combined with fortified wine another by product of the whisky making process and wormwood extract to make Discarded Cascara Vermouth. Tasting Notes: Taste: Damson jam and cherry flavours firstly, with notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee. Finally a dry red wine and a peppery spiced finish.
