75cl – A sparkling cold brew tea from Saicho, made with Hojicha roasted green tea from Japan. Hojicha originated in Kyoto in the 1920s as a way of utilising leftover tea leaves, stems, stalks and twigs. The palate offers notes of seaweed, roasted chestnuts and molasses.
